We ship to almost all European countries.

Shipping is free on orders from €45.

Delivery times and processing

Orders received before 23:59 are processed and shipped the same day.
Delivery time:

Netherlands: 1 working day

Belgium: 1 working day

Other countries: 1–3 working days

Processing and shipping take place every day except Saturday. We do process orders on Sundays.

Shipping and delivery

We ship with DHL as standard. For international shipments, we also use reliable partner carriers.
Every order receives a track and trace code. Shipments are not insured as standard.
Collection from our premises is not possible.

Delays and public holidays

If the delivery service causes a delay, we start an investigation to find out what went wrong.
During public holidays, processing and delivery may take a little longer. We are not responsible for delays that arise with the carrier.

Orders with multiple products

If you order multiple products, we always ship them in one parcel.

Problems with your delivery

Is something wrong with your delivery? Please contact our customer service within 5 working days of receipt and include clear photos of what you received. We will then look into it and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Has a parcel been returned to us because it was not collected? Please contact us. We will look into the situation and see what is possible.
