Oduree Returns Policy

At Oduree you can return your order or withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Here is how it works.

30-day return guarantee

You have up to 30 days after receipt to register your return and send your order back. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the product has been used more than is necessary to assess it, we may charge for the loss in value.

Registering a return or withdrawal

Ideally, use our withdrawal page or contact our customer service. You may also notify us of your withdrawal by email at klantenservice@oduree.nl. You are not required to give a reason.

If your return is eligible, we will send you the return instructions and the return address by email.

Return costs

You bear the cost of sending your order back. If something went wrong on our side, the wrong product was delivered or the product arrived damaged, please contact us. We will find a suitable solution.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within a maximum of 5 working days. The original shipping costs are also refunded, but only for the standard shipping option. Any additional shipping services you chose are not included.

In the case of a statutory withdrawal, we always comply with the statutory refund period. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have shown that you have sent the product back.

Exceptions

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection cannot be taken back if the seal has been broken after delivery.
• Damaged orders must be reported to our customer service within a reasonable time. We will help you find a solution.
• Did you receive free products with your order? Please send them back too if you return the full order. If we do not receive the free products back, we may deduct their value from the refund.
