At Oduree, we do everything we can to deliver your order quickly, safely, and carefully
to your home
. Below you will find all the information about shipping.
Shipping costs
Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €4.95. For
orders over €50,
shipping is free.
For Belgium, shipping costs are €6.95. Free shipping also applies here for orders over €50.
We only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Other countries are excluded.
Shipping time and processing
Orders placed before 11:59 p.m. will be processed the same
day and
shipped via DHL. In most
cases, the order will be delivered the next day.
Orders are processed and shipped every day except Saturday. On Saturday, orders are
processed but not shipped.

All shipments are provided with a track & trace code,
so you can always
track your order. The shipment is
not insured.
We work exclusively with DHL.
It is not possible to pick up orders on location.

If you order multiple products, we will always ship them
in one package.
Problems with your delivery
Is there something wrong with your delivery? Please contact
our customer service department within 5 working days
of receipt and
send clear photos of what you have received. We will then investigate and work with you to find a
suitable solution.
Unclaimed parcels
Has a package been returned because it was not picked up? Please
contact us. We will
investigate the situation and
see what can be done.
